LeeAnne originally hails from Athens, Georgia. She's a recipient of the Charles Bowden Award from New Dramatists, which honors the actor’s contribution to the development of new plays and screenplays. For 2 seasons, she recurred as the driven, high-powered Diane on the dramedy series THE OTHER F WORD (Amazon Prime). In Marvel’s Netflix series JESSICA JONES, she was featured opposite stage legend Janet McTeer. Off-Broadway, LeeAnne originated the role of Gail in OUR BROTHER'S SON at Signature Theatre; played God in the premiere of GOD SHOWS UP; and premiered as Young Clarissa Dalloway in SEPTIMUS AND CLARISSA, Ellen McLaughlin’s celebrated adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s novel Mrs. Dalloway. She played Blanche in A STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE opposite TRUE BLOOD’s Joe Manganiello as Stanley, and Barbara Weston in AUGUST: OSAGE COUNTY with Broadway's Susanne Marley as Violet Weston. Other favorite stage roles include Karen in the East Coast premiere of Jeff Daniel's play FLINT, Tracey in Lynn Nottage’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play SWEAT, Frankie in FRANKIE & JOHNNY in the Clair de Lune, and Olivia in Laura Eason’s SEX WITH STRANGERS.
